"Rude and offensive"

I have visited the post office on several occasions and every time the woman behind the counter has been rude abrupt and very condescending

I would advise she works on her tone of voice as she comes across as very rude.

I would advise anyone to use Broughton Astley post office instead as they are so very helpful friendly and polite..
