"Item never arrived"

After waiting a month for a pair of hockey shoes they've still not arrived. I've emailed and they have responded saying they were expecting their delivery but still nothing. They haven't kept me updated, it's always me chasing. No one ever answers their phone line either, just an automated voicemail message..
