"Total Jokers! Where is my package."

What is the point of sending anything with these jokers.

I had a card through my door saying could not deliver signature required collect from your local post office after 4 hours? I've been to the post office every day for the last 3 days Still no package, post office said ring Swan house Ha! Rang both numbers on the Web site to get an automated message saying " this number does not accept in coming calls, JOKERS!!.
