Firstly - note that Steve no longer operates from Narborough Road, although the phone number is the same.

Took my machine over there today as it kept jamming up. Steve was able to look at it and repair it whilst I was there. He told me what was causing the issue, replaced a part, and his charges were extremely reasonable. Happily he was able to do it whilst I waited, which saved me a lot of time and mileage on a return trip to pick the machine up. Great service, and with a smile. Thank you.
