"Dance teacher rude and dismissive"

First time coming to this dance class the teacher was very rude didn't even acknowledge my daughter or myself, my daughter left very upset After falling over and the teacher just watched on whilst she was crying. waited around to speak to Tracey after the class had finished, but unfortunately kept walking away and hiding behind her letters for her next coming dance show, very rude as only wanted some more information on how the classes works will certainly not be coming back to this dance class such a shame really! .
