"Poor Customer Service, Rude!"

A review of Aylestone Alarms by Mrs Mitchell written on Tuesday 4th of November 2014

I decided to call Aylestone alarms after a friend at work recommended them...unfortunately i didn't even get past the first phone call. I was answered with "Hello" i asked if this was Alyestone Alarms? "What do you want?" was the reply. I repeated "Is this Aylestone Alarms?" "Yeah" If this is how they deal with new customer enquiries then i'm very surprised they get any business at all! I'll being taking my business elsewhere for sure. Just plain RUDE!.
