After a city centre jeweller totally ruined the engraving pattern on my wedding ring, Heartbroken I went into Cathy Stephens. I was meet by a lovely lady & I showed her my ring, she went in the back & came out with Cathy herself. She told me she'd have no problem on rectifying the mess of my ring. I must admit, after the last episode, I wasn't very hopeful. How wrong was I, it was beautiful, she'd done a fantastic job. I couldn't tell were the new part of the pattern was until they pointed out to me. Plus they'd rebead the edges & polished it up, it looked like a brand new ring and it still does,this happened 6 years ago & I stll can't tell where the work has been done( I have to look under a magnifying glass). I've since sent more rings & pieces of jewellery there & I woundnt go anywhere else. They are very reasonably priced to, not at all expensive. I recommend them to all my friends & family. Keep up the good work all.
