Hi Yes I'd like to share my review First impression lasts a long time "may be forever" Yes I made a long distance call to check on details "necessary details on a large contract for an essential room in my property I asked to speak to the nearest person to the planner I was left holding a phone with the sound of a loud buzz He had put the phone down after a mere 7-10 minutes or less. Was he too busy to be bothered? Is this his best training on customer relations? wigston based ! Not amused.
