"Very poor service"

After waiting an hour and a half for food, and numerous phone calls to the takeaway, they said it was on the way and never was. By the time it turned up it was stone cold so phoned up and asked for money back as we had to throw food in bin else it would cause food poisoning. After phoning they told me I'm not getting money back so we were left with no food and had paid for it. Definitely reporting this restaurant as they are unfriendly and very bad at customer service and customer safety! .
