"A very welcoming home"

I know this home and find the staff to be honest and give a correct account to family of what is going on with each resident concerned.

Staff are well mannered and very welcoming on entering the home.

I found the staff very professional, patient and kind towards all residents and meet their individual needs.

The home has been there along time and so have many of the residents.

The home is very clean and tidy and has a pleasant environment for all who live and work there.

I was happy with overall running of this home..
