"Shocking after sales service"

I've contacted this company on two occasions regarding a watch that I had for three days before the pin holding the strap to the watch inexplicably fell out. I followed the instructions on my guarantee and paid over five pounds in postage and another four Admin fee and posted it directly to them. ive chased it twice and I was told it would take a couple of weeks to repair???? Repair is not acceptable with brand new item so I've asked for urgent replacement. The people answering the phones are extremely unhelpful and dismissive. I have NO idea when or if I will get a replacement. This is the worst service I have received for years and I cannot tell enough people how negatively I feel about this company. The watch was purchased through the watch shop and when I called them to ask if they could assist they told me because I'd sent the watch direct to Time Products there is nothing they can do to help me. Really poor. .
