"Boss not responsible towards staff activity"

Hi ppl , i have very bad experiance here as some one told me that evington road maryland chicken has a staff requirement and i drop my cv there but there is no check on male staff members i ask for the manager they said we have boss and we send your cv to him so i drop my cv but i receive nonsence phone calls . So please if there is any managment there do check
