"Too busy for autistic client."

I tried to book an appointment for my autistic daughter. I rang up and explained my situation, my aim was to book an appointment at a quiet time to cause as little problem as possible.

I was flatly told they were too busy to take on any new clients, the thing I find most irritating is that I walk past every day and it is one of the least busy hairdressers I have ever seen. It's what attracted me in the first place..
