Have a 64 plate small transit courier van through work,(as do numerous others who work there)after a few weeks service lights Start coming on,on all vehicles, ford take them in, we get them back, few days later same issue, which is still not sorted.
dipstick wasn't put back in on my van and oil sprayed everywhere, which then meant it had to go in for full engine clean,Service light still on,and oil has been overfilled from the last time it was in.
Blower motor stops working,im told to bring van in and they have a courtesy vehicle, after 2 hrs waiting still not sorted due to communication issues.
Im given a brand new large transit that was absolutely filthy inside, appears as if a builder had just returned it and emptied a bag of cement powder all over the seats, and sticky stuff over the dash and steering wheel, which I dread to think what it could have been, after wasting so much time and work needing me back I just took the van in that state.I collected my own van the next day as they had to order in the parts
Finally 6 mths later I'm told the new blower motor has arrived and to drop van off in the morning and swap into a courtesy car, turn up, no courtesy vehicles available but is it OK for them to keep the van for the day.
Ended up having to cancel the repair as the van is used for delivering, and they have rebooked repair for another day...all I can say is complete shambles, ford you need to get your stuff sorted out nobody seems to know what's going on down there, maybe staff communication would be a good start .
