"Horrendous service! Refuse to go back"

I have tried to get a pretzel from the place in about 10 different occasions and times and never have I actually left with a pretzel simply due to the fact they are 'always out' when I ask them to make one there are always new excuses the most recent one was 'their cinnamon was out' I am absolutely flabbergasted in the sense that I have been there sooo many times and they could never make me a pretzel. Staff are extremely lazy and rude! Sanctions should honestly be made, how can you run a business like this?! I am not the first to witnesses this and I do not recommend this bakery to anyone. .
