"Bad product, cannot contact them"

I bought a 2400mAh Power Bank product to use with my iPhone 5s today.

It just doesn't work. It says to charge over 2 hours until light turns from RED to BLUE. The lights are hard to see anyway and i am not sure there's a BLUE light as it never showed. The power bank has been on charge most of the day and the light still appears RED. Nothing happens when plugged into iPhone. This is a badly designed product that is not fit for purpose. I will be getting a refund on this tomorrow.

- Had to scour google to find you contact number which is constantly engaged

- No email address or number on packaging for ANY customer service

AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!.
