"25 minutes late with an attitude"

A review of Westminster Taxis by Jenna written on Sunday 15th of November 2015

I booked a taxi 2 hours in advance, road works have been on the A50 and surrounding for 6 months and signs present to advise they'll be around for longer.

It got to a point where the taxi was making us late and I had no choice but to drive us there myself and risk leaving my car at the venue.

When we called to say just leave it (I was still nearby enough to know for a fact that no taxis had gone by) the call handler decided to start yelling at us because of the traffic, no apology, and said he was outside, unlucky for the company we had a babysitter to inform us they'd arrived 25minutes late.

Will never use again,.
