"Service providing the redelivery of a parcel to a post office is ridiculous"

A review of Royal Mail by Anoymous written on Tuesday 17th of November 2015

1st time I used this service the parcel was 3 days late

2nd time i tried the service again, the parcel was never delivered & I had to re-book the service

3rd and last time - again not delivered, I was then sent to the incorrect post office only to be told when I arrived that its not there! waiting for the parcel to be sent to my post office.

In total despair I spoke to Customer Service and was informed that this is not a guaranteed service, and if the person in charge decides there are too many parcels for delivery the parcels that are waiting for redeliver are cancelled and sent back to the depot..
