"Too much like hard work"

Very bad experience with this company, ordered online to be delivered the following week, received a phone call to tell me supplier had met them down (fair enough), it will be next week would get a call to arrange. A week later never received call, I called them spoke to a young man who said he will get it ordered in for Tuesday deliver Wednesday so clearly hadn't been ordered as or osier. Decided to cancel as 3 weeks still no dishwasher asked for refund, man was quite rude bit said would get refund in 3 days.5 days later still no refund and called again. Spoke to the only person who actually understands customer service was very apologetic and he said he would do it now, so clearly hadn't been done before. Did get refund this time around. A real shame as wanted to help out the independents (when I said this in one of my calls the man laughed at me). Really need to keep to promises and follow up orders. Would never use again. Ordered with online company had the goods the next day, plumbed in and cheaper!! .
