"When telephoned they denide being Karma Enclosures"

We have 3 shower enclosures from Karma with 'lifetime guarantees' but the people who answered the phone denide being Korma (the number was the one on 3 adverts on the internet for Karma)So much for lifetime guarantees!!!!

Don't know where we go from here for spares for the shower doors..
