"Let down by wallis"

Unable to find jacket to complete my wedding outfit in my size, I finally found one in London. Wallis said they were unable to transfer jacket to Birmingham as this was no longer their is no longer their policy. Do they really expect me to travel to London and pay travel cost more than the cost of the jacket? Poor customer service..
