"Bad customer service, has gone downhill"

Placed order at 7 was told 45 mins for collection, was there and had to wait another 20 mins on top (as they said there delivery driver had an accident) fail to see how that affected a collection, once home the food order was wrong, called and was given poor excuses and had to return to get a refund as they said to replace it would take another 40 mins, has severely gone down hill since last year, will never return. .
