"Smelt off Stale FAGS!!"

I booked in for a cut and blow dry as i wanted to experience a new salon. I am a bit fussy when it comes to my hair so i asked for the manager as thinking would be more experienced.

Well first i was left waiting for her for 15 mins and when she called me over her customer skills where awful. No apology and no consultation which made me a bit concerned other than "your just having ends off n blowdry"

I was then taken to the basin and again left me sitting there for 15 mins, when she proceeded to shampoo my hair while stinking off cigarettes.

I was then led to the salon chair and i was left again i didnt get asked if i wanted a drink but she left came back smelling off cigarettes and a coffee for herself.

I was not happy with any service i received and not too happy with the cut, the "manager"made no attempt to talk to me all through the service.

Please do not put yourself through the torture off having your hair done here especially by the manager called Marleen or Maureen.
