"Not a happy experience"

Ordered a fridge at the weekend for delivery on Tuesday. Money was taken immediately but no email confirmation of order or delivery date, had to ring them on Monday to check.

No time slot given as per the website so had to ring again on Tuesday.

Very helpful lady driver delivered the fridge which when unpacked turned out to be a freezer! By this time our old fridge was defrosted & outside ready for collection. After a few phone calls she took the freezer away & redelivery arranged for Saturday. 4 days without a fridge in July!

It's finally been delivered today as promised but again-no delivery slot was given or pre delivery phone call. Furthermore we have no invoice or any paper work to show the purchase.

Sadly, customer service & communication are rather low priority, would not recommend or purchase from this company again..
