"I'm mystified by that upper-case negative experience !"

After several visits over that past 3 months I have to conclude that this is an excellent plaice from which to buy you fish & chips. The portions are generous, the chips are fabulous, the fish is as fresh as you get inland, the batter is nicely done and not thick and fat-absorbent as so often offered elsewhere. The staff are always smiling, friendly, smart, well-groomed, appropriately dressed for serving food, and the shop itself is clean and well-presented. Besides that they have won awards ...and that is no surprise. Congratulations, and I'll be down midday !
