"Non interested I don't know"

Staff all standing around talking not interested we were not acknowledged by any one no smiles or hello when we could not find the item we wanted we were told I don't know it is our first day today no one knows where anything is ! ! We were told if not on the shelf then they can not help us

so not impressed today do not think we will be coming back ! .
