"Ear trouble"

After being told by two Doctors I needed an ear syringe upon arrival I made an appointment the nurse called in another nurse who hardly looked in my ear and said Oh we do not do them unless absolutely necessarily you do not need one you've just got a cold.

Had really bad ear trouble ever since.
