"FRUSTRATING!!!"

I received an email saying I could track a parcel, yet when I try to the tracking is not available. Then try to call and it is all automated and won't recognise the tracking number the Royal Mail have emailed me with. Can't actually get through to speak to a real person and still have no idea where my parcel is 3 days after the email said it was being delivered ...... frustrating!!!!.
