"They damaged my discs"

Took my car in for change of discs. The lesser experienced guy left the nail in. So when I drive my car away from the garage I could hear screeching. When I took the car back straight away, they refused to accept liability. Would admit fault nor change the New but damaged discs for other new ones!!

The owner was rude and snapped at me several times. Owner acted like a misogynist. .
