Trying to claim for a misted up window under the 10 year guarantee, as the conservatory is only 5 years old. Have been trying for three and a half months

Always me who makes the calls each time, even though thy have my e-mail, landline and mobile number. Promises of work being carried out but no action and nobody turning up on date agreed.

GGF and FENSA logo advertised, 10 year Custom Conservatory Guarantee backed by IWA.BIZ, all appearing to be worthless.
