"Rudely refused help when I came back in"

Initially they were brilliant, very clean and helpful. However I was told that if i encountered any issues to come in, I came in in pain after my nose ring had become unattached from the ball bearing, with the open end stuck in my nose and bent out of shape so unable to get back through the hole. I asked for some advice/help but the lady appeared to be in a rush and wasn't really listening, even when I tried to explain again. My nose is now in extreme pain and I am unable to remove the piercing or push it back through, and have no idea what to do from now. When I asked for advice the lady brushed me off..
