"Lied twice about being outside!!!"

Ordered a taxi for straight away. Said 5 minutes. No taxi after 15 mins, called back. Told there was no booking. Re booked said 5 minutes, 10 mins later no taxi, called back, told 4 seconds he will arrive. Still no taxi. 5 minutes call back . He’s definitely there, he wasn’t, said I will call him. He’s there. He wasn’t. Laughing from another desk clerk in the background, tge. Oh sorry he’s got a puncture, he’s not coming! Have emailed council to complain..
