A review of Laxmi Jewellers by Shiviya Noronha written on Thursday 11th of July 2019
An incident happen almost a war ago. Whr my mom was offered to buy something n whn she got the money they disagreed to give it on that price. Was done n dusted on the day after that we buyed a chain n ring from there. But today when I visited the shop again with my mom looking for a necklace for myself. The lady with whom the arguments was a year ago took the owner inside n said something. As we moved out of the shop the owner called us inside n asked what had happen that day n why my mum would post that review on the internet where ppl would c it.
My questioned was the thing which happened almost a year ago was raised in front of other 2 customer one of which were 2 ladies n 1 more family. The way the women asked my mom (not the owner) was very insulting. My mom had tears in her eyes due to which I lost my patience n started arguing with them. The lady who created a scene looks almost the same as one in the sunny jewellers. I had the same incident with the other lady who works in the sunny jewellers whn I went to buy the chain for my friends birthday. Absolutely rubbish behaviour towards my mom. If they would have taken my mum aside n asked nicely I wouldn’t mind. The way they started all the customers started looking at us. Never ever would step in that shop again. N yes I would say it again they agreed last time to my mum to get the gold in less money without bill which is no tax. Completely againist the law.
