"Awful"

I was sent an email saying that my parcel was being delivered today that day being day 19th October between 9.05 am /2.05 pm .I then had an email saying it had been delivered today at 1.14pm it wasn't delivered at all never received it went to local sorting office the next day no joy there tried ringing but couldn't get to speak to anyone still haven't had parcel

Really bad royal mail.
