"Poor customer service"

Not a consumer friendly bank. Tells you to "Pop" to your local branch on Indian bank tele service even tho have explained many times in same conversant that "Popping" is not an option due to distance involved.

no honoring for person who have been customer for 30+ years . Still treat you like the next person o0ff the street. Satisfied and moving Banks.
