"No response from registered letter"

I sent a registered letter to them which arrived in the UK on the 17th Feb. I have had nor response and am not able to call them. Isn't there an email address one can use to contact them. This is of an urgent nature and I would really appreciated it if someone from the branch would contact me. hicksda@telkom.co.za..
