"Parcel missing again"

A review of Royal Mail by Mrs Hunt written on Monday 27th of July 2020

Parcel missing again , the tracking number says it’s been delivered recorded delivery , no post was delivered on the 18 July Saturday, as I was waiting for postman , No one came near the door . I have had Important letters missing in the past , then six weeks later find it went to wrong address ,and I missed appointment at hospital , I give up ,I try not to have parcels delivered by Royal Mail.
