A review of Moon World Travel by Very Unhappy Customer written on Wednesday 28th of October 2020
This travel Agent id unfamiliar with customer service.
When flights were cancelled/suspended by Air India before the pandemic, we made numerous calls to Moon who kept advising us to wait for announcement fr0om Air India.
Due to the pandemic My elderly relatives had to be repatriated by the UK government at an additional cost.
We also sent numerous emails to Air India from April onwards - we finally received a response (October) advising us that "your ticket was made by third party (travel agency). For the refund of your tickets, kindly get in touch with the travel portal from whom the tickets were purchased .They will assist you further."
Current legislation states refund should be granted within 2 weeks.
We have contacted Moon again who told us to call their customer service number - we have left message but have not receive a call..
