I have been a customer of Barclays for many years and they have always looked after me, I am 79 years young, on a fixed pension, and live in Canada. But right now:-
I am one very upset customer. I am both angry and frustrated by the way Barclays is handling my account. Having been corresponding with customer support services about the non-payment of certain online transactions, as laid out below, I am now desperate for some intelligent answers to my situation.
Since July 2020 I have been attempting to make transactions, both online and by cheque. Each of these attempted transactions has been stopped without any understandable reason given. I have been seeking answers through support services about these transactions but to no avail. This lack of explanation and/or solution has become both frustrating and intolerable.
I feel I am being given a total ‘run around’..
