"Waiting for refund"

Bad customer service to say to say the least. My family have been giving business to this travel agents for the last 10 years and recommended my family and business associates to buy tickets from their shop and the first time I needed their help to get a refund for my mother who has been waiting 11 months with no acknowledgment of correspondence even don't even have the courtesy to call you back to your cry for help.

I am sure many customers are in the same boat as I am helping my mum get her refund since nearly a year. I feel guilty as I told her to get the ticket from them.

She is an old age pensioner and you can understand she is reliant on that refund.

But I think I got out easy as their is only 1 refund due imagine if it was more .

At least I now Know what their customer service is like and in future will use a different travel agent and send all my family relatives and clients elsewhere

What a shame.
