"Impossible to book blood test"

Just as others report it seems almost impossible to book a blood test via the phone - I’ve been hung up on, disconnected or just left hanging on a constantly ringing line for ages. nobody answers the phone!

I wouldn’t be too bothered only they took my bloods before and just lost the results so I’m having to go through the whole rigmarole again - not helpful while my condition is running riot and causing me severe daily and nightly pain in the meantime..
