"Very rude"

Took my daughter for first time to do balayage, but the stylist sangeeta was very rude, and didn’t give much advice. She was arrogant and when asked about the shades she said we don’t know till u apply it. It was the first time my daughter wanted to have it done but she made her experience very daunting and scary. I would never visit this place again.
