"Lack of communication"

A review of Barclays Bank PLC by June written on Tuesday 15th of March 2022

I continually receive letters for my late husband. A copy of his certified death certificate has been mailed to Barclays many times. I am constantly being asked which country he lives in for tax purposes. I have written numerous letters explaining that my husband died almost seven years ago but have received no response. Just more forms to complete..
