"Useless"

My wife ordered batteries for her mobility scooter,the wrong one one accidently.However ,received batteries, went to putthem in 0ack they were the wrong ones.

The hardest part of this is that we have tried ringing and fing a website but no one is available.

All iask is a exchange or refund. My wife misplaced phone number .We traced this from the delivery over a month ago.

Please reply so we can at least replace batteries for correct ones. Thank you..
