It's a large surgery serving many patients. I have been a patient since Dr Cook was young and now he's retired and gone. Fresh faces have come in with new ideas. Speak to anybody and the conversation turns to the doctors surgery, but ask yourself at the end of the day you still keep going to the surgery you pull to bits. Everybody knows they are doing their best with the resources they have, Why not support them for a change instead of blaming them time after time about menial things.
