"Cheese & Onion = Hard and brittle!"

Why are your cheese & Onion crisps so hard and brittle now instead of light and crispy as they once were? When the first bag of a 12 pack is hard and brittle it means every single pack is the same. Have been buying them for many years giving up a couple of years ago for the same reason then re trying and they seemed back to delicious best.

Not now, no pleasure in them at all - am going back to supermarket own brands.

p s - Each crisp must be heavier now is that why there seems less in the packet?.
