"Don’t bother with Fosse Taxis"

We found initially very good, then Dad, 88, needed to get to an important hospital appointment while I looked after Mum. They didn’t turn up on time, when we rang said just a few minutes away, after 10 mins we cancelled and fortunately I was there so took him to LRI or he would have missed appointment. He tried them again to come home, and was left waiting, he rang again and they told him there was no booking as line was bad and they couldn’t hear him properly! An hour later, he got home, very cold and now indeed has a bad cold..
