Banbury store must be doing OK if they don't want

my business.

Phoned up and was put through to the wallpaper dept,

well before anyone answered I was left holding for

no less than 6 minutes, which would have made my

wallpaper very expensive had I decided to buy it from

there - so I decided to try elsewhere and have now purchased what was needed.

So B & Q - you need to pull up your socks if you want

to gain more business..
