SENT TWO R.M.S.D PACKETS OUT ON THE 18TH DECEMBER, DELIVERED 20TH DECEMBER, EXPECTED A PKT FROM LOUGHBOROUGH POSTED FRIDAY THE 15TH DECEMBER NOT RECIEVED AS OFF THE 20TH, COULD HAVE WALKED THE 14 MILES IN THAT TIME ! R.M.S.D SENT FROM LINCOLN 19TH DECEMBER NOT RECIEVED !

WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS ?

THE USE OF THE TERM FIRST CLASS SHOULD NOT BE USED BY ROYAL MAIL, IF YOU BUY A FIRST CLASS AIRLINE TICKET YOU WOULD NOT EXPECT TO SIT IN ECONOMY.
