"Wrong DO"

A review of Royal Mail by DJ written on Monday 7th of August 2023

Made a purchase last Thursday, Guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm.Should of arrived Friday. Its now Monday 7th August, and my parcel is sitting at Swan House DO still. I have been in touch with the seller, who is being very helpful in trying to resolve this mistake. The address clearly says Essex, yet it ends up there. I still have no idea when I will get my parcel. Getting through to the DO is a nightmare in itself. Not my first time of having an issue with Royal Mail.
